Government Goal: Develop a Government Best Practices Collaborative
Create a "Best Practices Bank" to share ideas and proven concepts to help governments be as cost-effective as possible.

Intended Outcomes: Foster innovation for more efficient, "smarter" government.
Strategies:
- Create a "Best Practices Bank" and a periodic event to convene regional government and policy leaders modeled after IOP, the University of Pittsburgh's Institute Of Politics, and in coordination with organizations like the Metropolitan Planning Organizations and Association of Counties and Municipal Leagues.
- Support sharing of best practices.
- Develop a platform for multi-sector, cross-geography leaders to meet, learn, interact and problem solve around common issues and concerns.
